About me

My journey started years ago and I’ve been an award winning dancer for 10 years. Once I became a mum I stayed active and continued researching health & nutrition, looking to better understand some important questions: How to eat? What influence does food have on your body? How to create a balanced diet? Today I’m a qualified Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor but I’m constantly developing and growing. I started FIT MODE with a view and passion to help others reach their fitness goals in a way they never thought possible. Being fit isn’t just about looking your best – it’s about feeling your best.
